This 11 months professional programme is designed to equip aspiring and current Facility Management Managers (FMM) with the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to lead and manage facility operations effectively throughout the lifecycle of construction and maintenance projects. Delivered through a combination of interactive classes and an online learning portal, the programme comprises 11 comprehensive modules, including Facility Management Introduction, Operations & Maintenance, Strategic Leadership, Financial & Business Planning, Risk Management, Communication Planning, Human Resource Planning, Contract Governance, Quality Control, Project Management, and Technology Management.

Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements Based on the Professional and Executive Programme Framework, UNIMAS

Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM)/Equivalent

OR

Passed a Professional/Executive/Professional and Executive Programme (Level 3)

OR

Passed a Professional/Executive/Professional and Executive Programme (Level 4)

OR

Other academic qualifications with at least 2 years of work experience, subject to approval by the UNIMAS Senate

OR

Passed Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Access (APEL.A) certification
