Introduction​
Professional Programme in Music (Level 6) aims to provide students with a critical and broad understanding of creative processes, performance and production, in the field of music. These modules will cover intermediate theory and skill, history and literature relevant to the field of specialisation, as well as interdisciplinary studies related to society, business, technology, arts, media, and performance. This programme should ensure students a good balance of theory, studio / practice-based, and project-based courses and prepare students for future employment through internship at the workplace, as well as knowledge of Malaysian and international industry / artistic practices and trends.

Entry Requirements​
Passed STPM/Diploma/Executive Diploma/Professional Diploma/Advanced Diploma in related fields
OR
Passed Professional/Executive/Professional and Executive Programme (Level 5)
OR
Other academic qualifications with at least 3 years working experience depending on UNIMAS Senate approval
OR
Passed Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning, APEL.A
